2. PRODUCT NATURE & QUALITY DISCLAIMER

2.1. Handmade & Perishable Products

All Sweeet Tooth cookies are small-batch, handcrafted products made using fresh ingredients with no artificial preservatives.

Due to their perishable nature:

• Texture and appearance may naturally change over time.
• Products are intended to be eaten fresh.
• Heat, humidity, transit time, and handling can impact freshness.
• Chocolate and toppings may melt or shift during warmer months.

By purchasing, the customer acknowledges that quality may vary depending on conditions during storage, transport, and delivery.

2.2 Parcel Post / Postal Orders

All cookies shipped through Australia Post are:

• Heat-sealed in individual food-safe bags.
• Packaged securely.
• Sent via Express Post.

Because they are fresh, perishable baked goods:

• Cookies may arrive firmer due to natural drying.
• Texture may decline slightly during transit.
• Toppings may melt or shift.

We do not offer refunds for natural changes occurring during postage.

2.3 Recommended Reheating Instructions

Microwave: 10–15 seconds

Oven: 160°C for 3–5 minutes

Allow cookies to cool slightly before eating.

3.2 Standard Cookies (Non-Gluten-Free)

Non–gluten-free cookies may contain traces of:

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

• All prices are in AUD and include GST.
• Payment is required before production.
• Orders may be cancelled or refused for fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock limitations.

5. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

• Standard processing time: 3–4 business days.
• Extended times may apply during peak periods.
• Customers may request a pickup time via email or phone.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Method: Australia Post Express Post
Once dispatch occurs:

• Delivery times are controlled by Australia Post.
• We are not liable for delays, lost parcels, or heat damage.
• No refunds apply for stolen or missing parcels after delivery scans.

8. ORDER ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing correct contact and delivery details.

9. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made 48 hours before dispatch/pickup. Production already begun may void refund eligibility.

10. PROMOTIONS & GIFT CARDS

• Discount codes must be used at checkout.
• One code per order.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.

11. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

Sweeet Tooth Pty Ltd is not liable for:

• Heat damage
• Texture changes
• Postal delays
• Incorrect addresses
• Spoilage due to late pickup
• Allergic reactions
• Loss or theft after delivery

14. BRAND PROTECTION, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROHIBITION OF IMITATION

Sweeet Tooth Pty Ltd, trading as Sweeet Tooth, was established in February 2024 and maintains exclusive ownership over all intellectual property associated with the brand.

All Sweeet Tooth product designs, flavour concepts, drink creations, names, characters, packaging designs, menu themes, marketing language, product styling, store aesthetics, and creative concepts are original works created by Sweeet Tooth and are protected under Australian Consumer Law, copyright principles, and general intellectual property rights.

The following actions are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Sweeet Tooth Pty Ltd:

• Copying, recreating, or imitating Sweeet Tooth cookie flavours, drink concepts, product styling, names, characters, or menu items.
• Replicating Sweeet Tooth’s branding, colour palette, marketing voice, packaging layout, shop design elements, or promotional concepts.
• Using deceptively similar branding, naming, or product concepts that may mislead or confuse customers.
• Reproducing Sweeet Tooth creative assets, product photography, social media content, written descriptions, or product styling ideas.

Any attempt to imitate or reproduce Sweeet Tooth’s unique products, creative identity, or branding for commercial gain may result in legal action.

Sweeet Tooth actively monitors for infringement and reserves the right to enforce its rights to protect the integrity of the brand and maintain its originality in the marketplace.
